Hatch Guarding System at St. Michael
Our HatchGuarding System is making a difference in schools throughout Ontario. Knowing that staff are safe during rooftop entry and exit has been a major concern within School Board for years.
Hatch Guarding Systems in Hamilton
Safe access to roofs is a significant factor in the longevity of roofs because roofs that are easily and safely accessible get maintained. We recently installed two HatchGuard Systems as well as a Fixed Access Ladder at Canadian Martyrs School in Hamilton.
Roofstep installation
This RoofStep was custom designed using two of our standard 6ft RoofStep Kits. It enabled our client, an elementary school in Cambridge, access to the roof via a hatch and further access to the level above the hatch and to the level below.
RoofGuard X-Press Installation
RoofGuard X-Press combines the same quality and durabilty of our RoofGuard Classic model with a few enchancements designed to reduce installation time.
RoofGuard and HatchGuard Installation
The elementary school required safe rooftop access while preventing fall hazards associated with roof openings such as hatches.

RoofGuard Installation
A RoofGuard Classic freestanding guardrail system was installed at Algonquin College to provide safe rooftop access during maintenance activities. The counterweighted design required no roof penetration, preserving roof integrity while meeting or exceeding ANSI, MOL, CSA, and OHSA safety standards.
