SHOP EQUIPMENT Assessments
PARCS Ltd. is pleased to offer shop equipment assessments to schools across Ontario. These machinery inspections are often required/performed in woodworking, machine, automotive, and combined machinery shops. At the end of the visit the school will receive a report indicating which machines were inspected, the room number they are located in, safeguarding deficiencies (if any), and an individual solution based on the applicable Canadian standard requirement. If required, PARCS Ltd. will provide a quotation to complete the required safeguarding deficiencies.
Typical Machinery Reviews Include:
- Manual lathes, drill presses, jointers, planers, table saws, Band Saws, Shears, etc.
- Fumehood inspections in science classrooms.
- PSHSR – dust collector inspections.
- Structural analysis and approval of building structures (i.e. mezzanines, balconies, walkways, racking, handrails).
