Liftsafe utilizes a TRIAX 2000 Surface Impact Tester which is the result of over 15 years of research and development. This test measures the impact and depth of your mats and provides a numerical rating which indicates a pass or fail. Various factors such as usage and maintenance significantly impact the effectiveness of your mats mainly in relation to Head Impact Criteria (HIC).
The test method satisfies the criteria laid out in ASTM-F355: Standard Test Method for Impact Attenuation of Playing Surface Systems, Other Protective Sport Systems, and Materials Used for Athletics, Recreation and Play.
Liftsafe technicians are qualified to not only inspect but repair all gym mats, in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. As is standard with all of our inspections, your inspections will be performed via a wireless tablet and data will be uploaded to a secure Customer Portal for viewing within 24 hours. You will then be able to track what work has been performed, what repairs are required, and track all of your equipment information in one secure location.
