SOLUTION
An engineered HatchGuard fall protection system was installed to secure the roof hatch opening.
This project involved a challenging installation where the roof hatch was positioned close to the leading edge, creating serious safety concerns. The HatchGuard system was installed to provide immediate fall protection upon roof entry. A spring-loaded, self-closing gate secures behind the worker once they step onto the rooftop, preventing accidental falls back through the hatch.
